Directions for Use and Dose Rates

Soak Method:-
It may be used concentrated or diluted with water, depending on the degree of contamination, the surface area to be treated, the desired degree of cleaning and the available downtime.Actually, the user is the best one capable to regulate the quantity and concentration to be used for the situation at hand.In any case, when the accumulation is not heavy, a 50% solution with water must be used. Otherwise,RXSOL-22-2201. can be used undiluted especially when deposition is heavy and hard spots persist.

Cleaning Procedure

Conventional cleaning methods such as a brush,hard sponge, thick and hard broom and /or a mop can be used on heavy duty and hard stain deposits.Note that for heavy accumulations the cleaning procedure might be necessary to be repeated until the results are satisfactory. Furthermore, is important to keep in mind that 1 litre of RXSOL-22-2201 is sufficient to cover a surface area of 8–10 square meters.

NOTE ::: -- Let this product soak into the surface for 30-45 minutes. Then using a high-powered spray washer blast the surfaces until the stains and discoloration is gone.

Note:-
• Cleaning time will vary depending on the extract nature and thickness of deposit to be removal.
• Stubborn deposits should be scrubbed to assist the cleaning operation.

RXSOL-22-2201 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling. After using RXSOL-22-2201 it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.

Take Full container / Pouch of RXSOL CPLP Concrete Pipeline Lubricant Powder   in 50 - 75 Ltr of water, Mix Properly to Get Homogenious Light viscous solution. Then use the RXSOL CPLP water mixed slurry solution in PUMP PIPELINE  prior to concreting. its aqueous solution homogeneity is good, leave standstill 9 hours not stratified.The pump line inwall is smeared evenly when pumping, and is effective.

In textile industry as a bleaching, desulfurizing and dechlorinating agent and in the leather trade for the sulfitization of tanning extracts. 

It is used in chemical manufacturing as a sulfonation and sulfomethylation agent. 

It is used in the production of sodium thiosulfate. It is used in other applications, including froth flotation of ores, oil recovery, food preservatives, and making dyes.

House Hold : One of the most common uses of hydrogen peroxide is as a disinfectant. Spray it on surfaces like kitchen counter top and wipe with a clean rag. It can be used as a mouthwash too. You have to dilute the chemical with water and use it for rinsing the mouth. This mouthwash is also said to whiten teeth. Ensure that you do not swallow the liquid, while rinsing.
It can also be used to wash vegetables and fruits, in order to get rid of germs and pesticides. Add some hydrogen peroxide to a bowl full of water (you may also add a few pinches of salt). Soak the veggies and fruits for some time. Remove them and rinse with cold water, before use.This chemical is also used to purify water in swimming pools.
 

Agriculture : Farmers use it as an insecticide. They spray diluted form of this chemical, on plants, so that the pests and weeds get killed, without causing harm to the plants. Its also used for watering plants. Mix an ounce of this chemical with a quart of water and use it on plants. Apart from boosting the level of oxygen in the soil, this mixture is also said to prevent root rot. Some people soak seeds in it, after diluting it with water. It is said that this will fasten the process of germination. For this purpose have to mix 1.5 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide in a cup of water.

Textile: It acts as a stain remover. Put 1 spoon tea in 1 bucket water  and let it sit for a while. After that, rinse the stains with water and soap.
As it has bleaching property, it is used as a bleach too.

Reduced Sulfur Compound Treatment for Refinery Wastewater

Sulfur compounds, such as hydrogen sulfide, thiosulfates and mercaptans, can present serious refinery wastewater problems. Hydrogen peroxide treatment is a cost effective way to treat these reduced sulfur species.

Supplemental Dissolved Oxygen to Reduce BOD and COD

Hydrogen peroxide has been used to reduce BOD and COD in refinery wastewater Supply of Supplemental Dissolved Oxygen (DO) when biological treatment systems experience temporary overloads or equipment failure.Predigestion of wastewater which contains moderate to high levels of compounds that are toxic, inhibitory or recalcitrant to biological treatment.As indicated by these examples, hydrogen peroxide can be used as a stand-alone treatment or as an enhancement to existing physical or biological treatment processes, depending on the situation.
