The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. The concrete typically begins to soften in 20-30 minutes,and can be rinsed off with water.The amount required for dosage can be obtained BY knowing the deposition composition as well as nature of cement to be removed.5 to 20 % recommended .These are recommended values based on experience. In chemical language technically can say dichlor is the cyanuric acid molecule with two chlorine atoms and one sodium atom. This combination is a stable chlorine, which comes as a colorless solid. The cyanuric acid extends the life of the chlorine by shielding it from ultraviolet rays.

Di Chlor or Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC) widely applied for the sterilization of swimming pool and drinking water, or fighting against infectious diseases, or act as disinfectant in raising silkworm, livestock, poultry and fish. Other applications of Di Chlor are found in wool shrinkage, textile bleaching, and industrial circulating water cleaning. Di Chlor is normally supplied in powder and granular, tablets are also available on request. Stabilised chlorine granular (dichlor) are used very widely to chlorinate swimming pool water. The product has high efficiency and constant performance and has no harm to human beings.

Note:

The amount of product to be used or dispensed depends upon the specific application and the volume of water being treated. For example, in routine sanitizing use, the objective is to maintain a residual available chlorine (FAC) concentration of 1.0 ppm – 4.0 ppm for pools and 2.0 ppm – 5.0 ppm for spas. The label use instructions will explain how to determine a typical dosage for the water volume to be treated. Label use instructions will similarly define dosage requirements for other product applications such as oxidation, shock treatment or superchlorination.

Dichlor is a dry solid with strong oxidizing properties. It is stable when stored in a cool, dry, ventilated area and not contaminated by other chemicals such as acids or easily oxidizable materials. Dichlor, in the solid form, shall not be mixed with other pool chemicals including other chlorinating agents. Partially empty packages must not be consolidated, as this could result in dangerous mixing with incompatible dry chlorinating agents having a similar appearance.

CAUTION: If mishandled, improperly stored, or contaminated, dichlor products can become unstable and dangerous, as is the case in general with chlorinating agents. Fire, explosion and/or evolution of toxic gasses could result, depending on the nature and amount of the contaminant. As with any oxidizer, dichlor can oxidize metals and may result in staining of pool and spa surfaces.

Under normal circumstances, between 2.5% and 4.5% will be sufficient strength. If there is no drop line, then lower Butterworth hoses into the tank from the pump stack header without machines attached and circulate through these hoses while you fill the solution material.

**Use a strainer at the pump stack when circulating any solution.**

Note:

COLD water is recommended for drying or semi-drying oils to flush the tank as prewash. Chemical expert suggest that cold water should be carried out immediately after discharge of cargo to prevent hardening of oil residues. Otherwise if oil is nondrying then Prewash of the tank with hot water at 50˚C is good decision to achieve BEST cleaning result.

Dear Sir,
Ref our telcon, please find attached Hold photos after discharging of Australian Coal and cleaning (without applying any chemicals) in oct 2018 . Then vsl loaded Indonesian Coal and will be discharging same in abt a week. Next voyage is getting fixed to load Urea from Saudi. Basis the photos, which chemical would you suggest to be used. We were thinking of RXSOL PCS along with Alkaatuff. Fyi, Owners have supplied 1200 Ltrs of Alkaatuff HF last month.

In image we can observe that BOTTOM line of hold is rusted, And your plan to load CLEAN CARGO like urea which is ammonia-ted product can result further heavy rusting. So here our suggestion is to go with PCS with Alkaatuff HF. And after cleaning hold rust can be treated with RUST CONVERTOR by the ratio of 1:100 Ltr with water, this will change free iron rust content to orginal metal colour. ( For treatment of rust Each Hold maximum 50 Ltr RUST CONVERTOR REQUIRED ) and Finally HOLD can be treat with SLIP barrier Polymer COAT polymer, with dilution ration of 1:100 Ltr with Water. ( For Each Hold polymer coating maximum 50 Ltr Slip Barrier Polymer Coat REQUIRED )

Using-Procedure:-First of all flush the system with cold water to prevent evaporation rates and polymerization then the most economical method of using RXSOL-20-2028-210 is by direct injection followed by recirculation washing, using tank cleaning machines.

Spraying Method:-Using CTC volc as delivered in drums, spray onto areas where residue remains following rough washing leave for 10-45 minutes (but do not allow to dry), then butterworth at maximum pressure and warm water 60oC for at least 3 hours, checking that there is no foam remaining in the final stages. Inspects tanks(s) and if desired result has been achieved fresh water rinse and dry.

**Make sure to take all safety precautions are followed when handling / spraying CTC volc**

Injection Method:- Not applicable.

Re- Circulation Method:- Fill tank with fresh water and heat up to warm 50oC . IF a drop line is available on the tank line system, then start to circulate the water and add the required amount of Caustic flakes and CTC volc to make a 2.5% solution.
