Directions for Use and Dose Rates: RXSOL EMULSIFIER SOLUTION is  specially formulated for cleaning oil, Sludge and Grease.

Soak Method: for heavy soil put parts into undiluted RXSOL EMULSIFIER SOLUTION, for general soiling use a solution of 10-30% RXSOL EMULSIFIER SOLUTION in water. Parts should be soaked for at least 30 minutes before washing off with water.

Spraying Method: Use neat RXSOL EMULSIFIER SOLUTION over all soiled areas. Allow 10-20 minutes for reaction , then rinse with high pressure water hose., Scrubbing will assist the cleaning operation  for stubborn deposits.

Rock and Roll Method: Recommended time to clean and gas-free under normal circumstances would be 3-6 days ,for cleaning of double bottom tanks at sea.
 

When using the product directly on the sponge, dilute 1 part concentrate with 3 parts mwater. While filling the sink with water add small amount i. e. 1% - 50 %

RXSOL EBV is used as viscosity builder in Acid cleaning and dose suggested for building viscosity to 2-5 % depending upon acid content.

Note : Hcl acid required 33% purity and should be iron free & sulphamic acid used of 30 to 33 % liquid from R O water make solution

Procedure for 1 kgs batch size :::  720 ml water + 30 gms (RXSOL-19-1504-005) add mix well Then 250 Gms HCL 33% add slowly slowly with proper stirring and mix with pigment 2 to 5 gms and fragrance 3 gms lemongrass oil and other dilution with 720 ml water and HCl percentage ratio 12 to 15% in finish products and thickens your required

Storage & handling ::: The products can be stored at room temp, for two years, avoid contact with a strong oxidizing agent does not storage 60C temp.

Directions for Use and Dose Rates
The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation. In the case of small components, the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease and sludge, then pre-cleaning with RXSOL NEW org Plus or Enviro Degreaser. Depending on the extent of scaling, use a solution of 2.5-10% Descale Powder. The solution will have a red colour which disappear when the solution is neutralised. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 60°C. Neutralised solutions can be reactivated by adding more Descale Powder until the red colour reappears. This should not be done more than twice. Descale Powder should not be used on aluminium, zinc, tin or galvanised surfaces. Descaling of Boilers, Descaling of Diesel Engine Cooling Water Systems, Condensers,

Evaporators, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers:
The strength of the acid can be enhanced by adding 1 part sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 parts of Descale Powder. This enhancement of the cleaning solution, however, should not be used when descaling diesel engine cooling water systems. After use of Descale Powder a 0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh water should be used for neutralisation.
