Using Procedure: 

Initial dosage for an untreated system is 9 litres of RXSOL 2000 / 1000 litres of untreated distilled water. This will bring the treatment up to the minimum level of 1000 ppm nitrite. For best result and prolonged engine life add RXSOL 2000 every 500 -6500 km. or 250 to 300 hours of running time or every 2 month interval.

Note: 


In cases where systems are contaminated with oil and/or scale they should be cleaned before starting to apply RXSOL 2000 .There are suitable RX BRAND products to carry out the cleaning. Degreasing should be carried out using RXSOL 2000-I and descaling by using RXSOL 2000-I.

METHOD OF USE
1. Properly clean the system with water and alkaline liquid , if necessary.
2. Add 0 .15-1.5 % of Rxsol -2000 in system or recommended Nitrite level 1400 – 2500 ppm can be measured and controlled by any standard RXSOL test kit for Nitrite, Chloride test also helps to detect excess contamination to maintain accepted levels . when the product is dosed as recommended limit By buffering action of RXSOL - 2000 , pH should be maintained between 8.3 and 10 by the treatment.

NOTE ::: Engine cooling system should be drained, flushed and if necessary chemically cleaned with (Aluminum & Metal Cleaner) for to remove old rust and scale deposits, before treatment with RXSOL 2000 .

Ecoclean RXSOL can be used for Multi purposes cleaning. Using Procedure: 

General Cleaning

Ecoclean RXSOL can be used anywhere for cleaning dirt, grease and oil contaminations.Application can be done by brush,spray-guns, ultrasonic tank-system, bath immersion,etc, with concentrate or diluted up to 10% in water and according to the type and the amount of contamination to be removed. After the application in the engine room, due to its separating properties, slops must be allowed to separate, 3 hrs. time approx, before being treated via the oil water separator.

Tank Cleaning

Suitable for cleaning tank from mineral oils, edible oils and for hydrocarbon free purpose.
• When using automatic tank-wash system by direct injection into the BWT Line or gun-cleaner the necessary solution has to be 0,5 - 1 per tonn approx.
• When using by re-circulation method from one tank into the next one, keep same cleaning solution for approx. 4-5 tanks depending on the tanks capacity and on the existing contamination, in this case, the concentration of product in water has to be approx. 3%-4%.

Spot and Deck  Cleaning

When necessary the product has to be used pure -sprayed onto the surface and allowed to soak for 30” approx. before washing off with plenty of water. Best cleaning results are obtained when chemical reactions occur together with the solution heated up till approx. 40-60°C. ECOCLEAN is compatible also in most of the tank-coat types; in any case please check the Ph of the paint-coat or revert to us for further technical information.

Using Procedure: 

Suitable and very popular product for DESCALING of high and low pressure boilers, Heat EXCHANGERS etc. Its corrosion inhibitor blend PROVIDE metal protection

This is mixed with fresh water 3 to 20 percent depending on deposition of scaling. After using SA-1008, sense all metal surfaces with 0.5 percent of RXSOL-54-1008-025 at least 2-4 house , up to neutrial of PH valve.
 

Procedure-of-use: The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation.In the case of small components,the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease or sludge, then pre-cleaning with DEGREASER ( RXSOL OB 1005 ) is necessary. Depending on the extent of scaling, use a solution of 2.5-10% RXSOL-54-1008-025 . The solution will have a red colour which changes to orange when 85% of the acid has been neutralized , & to colourless  when the solution is totally neutralized. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 60°C.Neutralised  solutions can be re-activated by adding more RXSOL-54-1008-025  until the red colour reappears. This should not be done more than twice. RXSOL-54-1008-025  should not be used on Aluminium , Zinc, Tin or Galvanized surfaces.

Fields: Descaling of  Boilers, Descaling  of Diesel Engine Cooling Systems, Condenser, Pipeline collection system, Evaporators, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers,The strength of the acid can be enhanced by adding 1part sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 parts of Descale Powder.If salt is not available, an acceptable alternative is to dissolve RXSOL-54-1008-025  in sea water. After use of RXSOL-54-1008-025  a  0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh  water should be used for neutralization.

Evaporators, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers:
The strength of the acid can be enhanced by adding 1 part sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 parts of Descale Powder. This enhancement of the cleaning solution, however, should not be used when descaling diesel engine cooling water systems. After use of Descale Powder a 0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh water should be used for neutralisation.

Using-Procedure    

Spraying This can be beneficial as part of the initial cleaning process after the carriage of Lube oils and Lube oil additives.  As soon as the tank in question has been checked empty by the attending surveyor, RXSOL-20-2029-020 Plus should be sprayed over all surfaces which are safely reacheable.
Portable machines – After 45 minutes the butterworth machines should be operated for 3 x 20 minutes drops using warm 60o C, then the machines brought back to the top and a full hot wash 80 – 85 o C should be carried out for at least 6 hours.
Fixed machines – Wash ambient for 45 minutes followed by warm water for one cycle before increasing to hot (80oC) for 4 hours.
Injection  – This can be carried out by injecting RXSOL-20-2029-020 Plus into the butterworth system after the heater.  A normal amount to use would be 100 – 150 liters during the initial washing cycle.  Water temperature should be 60o C during the injection period then brought up to 80 – 85 o C for the full washing period.
Re-circulation

– Possibly the best result are achieved by re-circulating a solution of RXSOL-20-2029-020 Plus after the initial rough washing of the tank.  A sufficient amount of fresh water to maintain good suction should be heated  to 60 o C and approximately 420 liters of RXSOL-20-2029-020  Plus (2 drums) added for each 500 liters of fresh water.  The temperature of the mixture can be increased depending upon  the melting point if the product being cleaned.  The solution should be circulated for at least 4 hours and the butterworth machines operated at maximum pressure in all areas of the tank  throughout this process.  If a number of tanks are to be circulated, then a substantial quantity of solution can be made so that transfers can be made without delay and any small amounts lost will not affect the operation.  Normally following transfer to another tank, 100 liters RXSOL-20-2029-020 Plus is added for each 5000 liters of solution.  This is called “spiking”.
