What is the Reaction time of chemical for descaling? Based on the reaction time we can choose the quantity of chemical to be obtained to flush 64 km length of pipeline. Attached is the sample pic showing the level of scaling/rust and surface roughness. This pic is at the discharge end of pump, Scaling intensity may be more while moving away from the pump throughout pipeline. Tuberculation formations were observed in overall length of pipeline which increased roughness. Based on this please suggest the chemical flushing time to remove rust, tubercles and scaling.
· Our pipeline material is Carbon steel of grade API 5L x60. Is the recommended chemical (RXSOL ORG-4) compatible with the based material of pipe? There should not be other effects. Also provide us any of your previous experience in similar application.
· Presently we are using Sodium sulphite & Cobalt sulphate as oxygen scavenger while pumping water. So while using RXSOL ORG-4, can I mix in conjunction with these oxygen scavengers or need to mix only with non-treated water. Pl suggest.
· Is this chemical environment safe, can we dispose as like of water in the dump or flush ponds?

Ans : Exact cleaning time can be calculated, by getting counter sample of scale from your end. We can do in our LAB scale dissolving experiment. THis will not only help to evaluate timing, but also helps to get required qty for this project.

Ans : RXSOL ORG-4 is compatible with CARBON STEEL, Chemically this is not reacting with steel. And we are supply and exporting this product for various industries and its application.
· Presently we are using Sodium sulphite & Cobalt sulphate as oxygen scavenger while pumping water. So while using RXSOL ORG-4, can I mix in conjunction with these oxygen scavengers or need to mix only with non-treated water. Pl suggest.
Ans : RXSOL ORG-4 is compatible with Sodium Sulphite and Cobalt Sulphate, Only extra ALKALINE materials can't be use with RXSOL ORG-4
· Is this chemical environment safe, can we dispose as like of water in the dump or flush ponds?
Ans : RXSOL ORG-4 can be neutralized at end point and in storage area, before disposal.
