RXSOL-33-5027-025 Scale Hardness Stabilizer is basically Polyacrylate phosphates combination with synthetic polymers. Using Procedure:

If there is no recirculation of feedwater, the RXSOL-33-5027-025 Scale Hardness Stabilizer should be submitted in suction tube feeding pump. When using gravity dispenser the RXSOL-33-5027-025 Scale Hardness Stabilizer should be fed to the point of feed water tank or in cascade.
