Precautions:
1. In the operation process, prevent the bed layer of the reactor from high temperature, carbon deposition and sulfation, start or stop working carefully, so as to keep the high activity of catalyst and prolong the service life of catalyst.
2. The oxygen and sulfur dioxide content in the air flow entered into the reactor should be decreased as much as possible, so as to prevent the catalyst from sulfation poisoning. At normal operation H2S/SO2(molecular rate)should be about 2.
3. Under the air flow containing sulfur steam, the temperature in all part of the bed layer of the reactor should be less than the dew point of sulfur, so as to avoid the sulfur deposition on catalyst and plugging off the pipeline. Any wrong operation of raise temperature or drop temperature should be avoided.
4. Amines, hydrocarbons and ammonium etc. should be avoided into reactor, so as to prevent the catalyst from carbon deposition, plugging the pipeline and forming poisonous such as ammonium sulfate etc.
