ORCEIN, 1400-62-0, Biological Stains and Dyes which is used in ORCEIN For Microscopy. Orcein is used for the preparation of a staining solution for staining of elastic fibers. ORCEIN also used for sex chromatin staining, nuclear staining and demonstration of hepatic inclusions, especially of hepatitis B antigen.
