application :CESIUM IODIDE ULTRA PURE is utilized in calorimeters and detectors and also employed as phosphor in fluoroscopy equipments. It finds application in making cell windows and prisms in infrared spectroscopy.
Hygroscopic. Store in a desiccator to avoid moisture. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids and bases.
