Product Application

* High dilution ratio (100:1)
In order to reduce water evaporation, system should not be used above 65 °C. The recommended maximum operating temperature is 50 °C. To maintain fire-resistance it is important to monitor the water content of the fluid and replenish if necessary when operating at elevated bulk fluid temperatures.

Environmental Information
RXSOL maintains worldwide environment and can offer RXSOL-16-3764-210 suitable for use in every Exploration and Production region around the world. The current environmental status of RXSOL-16-3764-210 in your area can be obtained from our environmental specialists.

Storage
RXSOL-16-3764-210 should be stored in dry conditions, ideally out of direct sunlight. Normal storage temperature range is 5 to 40°C.

Material Compatibility
RXSOL-16-3764-210 Series contain performance additives which ensure high levels of compatibility with materials typically used in Blow out Preventer (BOP) control systems. Extensive material compatibility tests have been performed with RXSOL-16-3764-210 Series.

RXSOL-35-3764-210 meets acceptance requirements of all equipment manufactures (RXSOL) and is a preferred fluid.

Control of water content :After evaporation De-ionized Water should be used for any additions. During applicationa and evaporation water content easily  can be evaporated. Which can be controlloed by checking viscosity of the fluid or its density or any other means by using Karl Fisher method.
Water content should be controlled within 35% to 45% by weight.
